Hi, I’m Andrai. Welcome to AA Studio. I hope you can find something you like on my page. I create GB Studio systems for aspiring Game Boy developers—whether you’re just starting out or already at an intermediate level. My systems aren’t full tutorials, but more like templates designed to encourage you to explore how everything works. I believe it’s better to learn by digging in and experimenting, rather than being spoon-fed the process.

A little bit about myself:

I'm a 34-year-old artist with a nostalgic heart, often reminiscing about the simplicity and magic of the Gameboy era. My goal is to create experiences that allow my kids to feel the same joy I had when I first played Pokémon Yellow on my Gameboy. Currently, I'm exploring making my own Game Boy Studio games and assets to bring those fond memories to life and share that sense of wonder with the next generation.

Stumbled upon GB Studio a few years back (went on a hiatus and now I'm here more active than ever). I loved how GB Studio made "coding" easy and how satisfying it is after each milestone I overcome.

I’ve been learning every day and am now creating my own GB Studio games. It’s been a mind breaking ride but fulfilling, and I’m excited to keep growing and sharing what I get to create along the way. Whether you’re here to learn, get inspired, or just explore, I hope my work helps your Gameboy game creation easier.
