Gb Studio Swimming System Template (Interact Version)

This template and tutorial allows you to be able to have a Swimming System in GB Studio. 

Below are downloadable files that contain the Swimming System Template (Interact Version).

Try the DEMO to have a feel of the system.

Press Start, go down to the end of the dock and press A to jump into the water. Go around to the other openings of the dock and climb back up. Repeat.

Features (and reminders):

1. Allows your character to go swimming.
2. Both systems and animation sprites are included to give you an idea how this basic swimming system template was made.
3. This is the Interact Version of this swimming system. You need to interact with the end of the dock to prompt your character to swim. You will see your character jump off the dock and swim. Feel free to use the DEMO provided and play around with the system so you can fully understand how it works.
4. You may go to the other openings of the dock to climb back up.
5. The scripts and formulas are readily made so you don't have to worry about that anymore.
6. Animation spritesheets are all samples. They may glitch at times due to the multiple frames I created to make the "jump into water" animation look better. I highly suggest simplifying it.

Limitations:

1. Animation sprite sheets are all basic guides.

Do as you wish with how this template works, you may tweak it, copy and apply it to different scenes and even add your own animation spritesheet on how your character will look like jumping off the dock or into the pool and how the swimming animation will look as well.

If you're having a hard time to make it work. Just copy everything to the dot then work from there :)
