GB Studio Credits Roll System Template

This template and tutorial allows you to be able to make your own Credits Roll System  in GB Studio.  Just like at the end of every movie/game. It's a good way to acknowledge everyone who has worked on your game!

*I know there is already a new update  -  GB Studio 4.0 but unfortunately some of the systems I've been working on before glitch when migrated to GB Studio 4.0. So I highly suggest for you to either learn this template in 3.2.1 and or try and migrate it to GB Studio 4.0 at your own risk.

Press Start, wait for the scene to end. The next scene will appear showing the Credits Roll with sample titles and names.

Features (and reminders):

1. This is a basic Credits Roll template that uses a very long image with all the Titles of people who "worked on your game".
2. I have provided sample titles and names for you to follow.
3. The background image is optimized to make it fit the 192 unique 8px x 8px tiles limit. You may opt to change the titles, the fonts but make sure you fit the tile limit.
4. The names are actors. I suggest for you to have 2 names max per actor. I tried using 3 names and it glitches. You may add 2 actors with 2 names each which makes it 4 names if you need to add more names.
5. This is the longest credits roll image I've tried. I never tried to make it even longer because of the tile limit but feel free to try and make your own.
6. PS. The names you see in the sample credits roll background are all made up names except my name.

Limitations:

1. This system/template is only a basic system - revolving around background image plus actor movement.

Do as you wish with how this template works, you may tweak it, copy and apply it to different games. You may even change how the fonts look, the speed and everything else just make sure to double check the tile limit for the background image and even when you use actors to add more names to your credits!

If you're having a hard time to make it work. Just copy everything to the dot then work from there :) but remember! This is created in GB Studio 3.2.1 because GB Studio 4.0 makes some of my projects glitch!
